This website (the “Site”) is operated in the United States of America by Heterogeneous System Architecture Foundation (“HSA Foundation”, “We”, “Our” or “Us”), a company incorporated in the state of Texas, United States, in 2012.  HSA Foundation’s headquarters is located at HSA Foundation, c/o AMD – Gregory Stoner, 7171 Southwest Parkway MS: B300.3A Austin Tx 78735 . This Privacy Policy applies to personal information which is collected and used by HSA Foundation.  This Privacy Policy forms part of the Site’s Terms and Conditions of Use and describes how We collect, protect and use the personal information We receive from visitors to the Site.
